Birds of the Forest | 1000 Piece

I did this one over three evenings and the springtime details in the garden kept me going—the blossoms along the fallen gate are just lovely. Pieces fit snugly with no false fits, which matters a lot in a 1000 piece scene this busy.

The pieces have a nice matte finish so there's no glare when I'm working under a lamp at night, and the cut is clean enough that they snap together without fraying. The storm-toppled gate scene with all the little birds tucked in the branches took me about a week of evenings to finish.
