The heron’s feathers blend so softly into the watery background that I kept pausing to admire the detail instead of rushing pieces together. It’s a challenging but peaceful build, and the finished wetlands scene looks lovely in a frame.
The portrait layout makes this one feel like a painting rather than a puzzle, and the wetland greens were way more varied than I expected. Pieces clicked together nicely with barely any blurry spots on the heron's feathers. My mom and I finished it over three evenings.
